You are probably wondering why you are receiving this email. It could be because you attended one of my events. Maybe the Wine O’clock series during lockdown in 2020? Or Face Forward, or a webinar on diversity and inclusion with Volt International? Or maybe you are one of my friends? (yay! Love friends) 

You are probably wondering what The Culture Ministry is too. Simply put, it’s a membership network for people working in diversity and inclusion (or those with a keen interest).

Working in diversity and inclusion can be lonely, and progress can be slow. There is a lot to do in this space and there is a lot to learn. I created The Culture Ministry to support and develop people wanting to move into diversity and inclusion roles and those already there. We provide a library of resources, key webinars and events with diversity and inclusion  thought leaders as well as dedicated development in competencies we know D&I people need to be successful.
